young guns program

We believe our young guns program is the best youth athletic development training  program in country. We have kids as young as 9 reach almost 30" on the vertical leap and kids as young as 6 run 15+ Miler Per hour. The reason this program works so well is because is because a child from the ages of 5 to 11 have extremely malleable neuroplasticity. This means the brain and body can take on a large amount of information via physical stimulus and adapt quickly. There have been many young guns athletes who have gone on to play division 1 sports and win awards such as C.J Egrie who was named Patriot League Baseball player of the year.
