Acceleration
Acceleation

the positive change of rate of speed
Acceleration is one of our four main pillars at KPM. It is the most important attribute for ANY athlete to develop because it the most used. Every single sport starts in a static position or at a sub maximal speed. Our goal is for every athlete to decrease the amount of time it takes to reach their max velocity.

Initial Force Generation

Initial Force Generation are the second of the four athletic pillars at KPM. We define IFG as creating more force in a shorter period of time to displace the center of mass in the desired direction

Center of Mass Management

mass
Center of Mass Management is the third of our four athletic pillars. CMM is defined as the ability to direct your base of support out of frame in the most advantageous position to change direction of stop. In order to do this we train an athletes way there using specific tensions and positions. Examples of great CMM are Barry Sanders on cut, Michael Jordan on a Crossover, Lionel Messi while handling a ball.

monthly
membership
A monthly membership comes with 3 days a week of training. An Acceleration Day, Initial Force Generation Day and a Center of Mass Management or Max Velocity Day Depending on Gait Analysis deficiencies.

Max Velocity

velocity
Max Velocity is the fourth and final pillar of Klemic Performance Method. It serves as a tool to enhance the central nervous systems output yielding downstream affects that create better results on all three of the previous pillars. Max Velocity is extremely taxing on the central nervous system requiring more rest than any other over training day
