No templates. No bare-minimum programs. No copy-paste plans.

Every athlete in the KPM system trains with programming built specifically for them — your sport, your position, your goals, your starting point.

Every program includes:

  • Custom monthly programming built around your body and your goals

  • Built-in monthly assessments to track real progress

  • Anatomy and physiology education so you understand WHY you're training what you're training

  • Technical movement breakdowns that translate directly to your sport

If you're serious about getting faster, stronger, and more athletic — this is where it happens.

Built for athletes who actually want to do the work.

KPM isn't for athletes looking for shortcuts. It's for the ones who show up daily, do the reps, and want a system that actually delivers. If that's you — let's go.

Why This Matters
Most online training is built once and sold a thousand times. The same plan goes to a 5'9" running back, a 6'4" quarterback, and a 17-year-old just trying to make varsity. Then everyone wonders why results are inconsistent.
Custom programming flips that. Every block is built around what YOUR body needs, what YOUR sport demands, and what YOUR results show is working. When something hits, we double down. When something stalls, we adjust. You're not running a program — you're running a strategy designed specifically for you.
This is the difference between a trainer and a coach. And that difference shows up on game day.

The Process

  1. Onboarding intake — We collect your goals, sport, position, training history, and any prior assessments

  2. Program build — Dave designs your first month of programming based on your profile

  3. Train through the app — Follow your custom block with full video demos, sets, and rest

  4. Check in with Josh — Direct message access for questions, form review, or adjustments

  5. Monthly recalibration — Every 4 weeks your program updates based on your progress data

"Being at KPM for the past 10 years has been the most beneficial investment I have ever made in myself. at kpm you are not only becoming the best athlete you can become, but you are also creating a better version of yourself day in and day out. I would not have any of the records I own or scholarships that I earned without Dave and josh by my side from the second I got there."

The Four Athletic Pillars

Acceleration

Acceleation

Nasir Hill Cutout Wesbite.png

the positive change of rate of speed

Acceleration is one of our four main pillars at KPM. It is the most important attribute for ANY athlete to develop because it the most used. Every single sport starts in a static position or at a sub maximal speed. Our goal is for every athlete to decrease the amount of time it takes to reach their max velocity.

Initial Force Generation

Initial Force Generation are the second of the four athletic pillars at KPM. We define IFG as creating more force in a shorter period of time to displace the center of mass in the desired direction

Center of Mass Management

mass

Center of Mass Management is the third of our four athletic pillars. CMM is defined as the ability to direct your base of support out of frame in the most advantageous position to change direction of stop. In order to do this we train an athletes way there using specific tensions and positions. Examples of great CMM are Barry Sanders on cut, Michael Jordan on a Crossover, Lionel Messi while handling a ball.

Max Velocity

velocity

Max Velocity is the fourth and final pillar of Klemic Performance Method. It serves as a tool to enhance the central nervous systems output yielding downstream affects that create better results on all three of the previous pillars. Max Velocity is extremely taxing on the central nervous system requiring more rest than any other over training day
