Klemic Performance Method trains young athletes. That means some of the information you send us is about a child, and we treat it that way.

What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form on our Programs page, we receive exactly what you type into it:
- Your name and phone number (both required)
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your athlete’s age and sport, if you give them
- What you are asking about, and anything you write in the message box
The message box invites you to describe what you are trying to improve, and for a return-to-play enquiry that often means describing an injury. That is the most sensitive thing this site collects, and we treat it that way. It stays with us. The physical therapy practice in our building is a separate business and does not receive your enquiry — if therapy is what you need, we will tell you to contact them yourself.
We do not ask for your athlete’s name, address, school, date of birth, medical history or anything else. If you choose to include something in the message box, we will have it — so please send only what you think we need.
We do not collect payment details on this website. Buying a gait analysis or a test-in happens on our booking system at app.klemicperformancemethod.com, which is a separate service with its own terms.
Information about children
This website is written for parents and guardians, not for children. The form asks for an athlete’s age because it decides which program fits — a seven-year-old and a seventeen-year-old do not train together. Only a parent or guardian should fill in that form.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child. If you believe a child has sent us information without your knowledge, email us and we will delete it.
Why we have it, and how long
We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you, and to work out which program fits your athlete. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to do that, or for as long as your athlete trains with us.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Who else touches it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the form submission before it reaches our inbox.
- Google Workspace carries our email, which is where the enquiry lands.
- Our booking system at app.klemicperformancemethod.com handles purchases and athlete accounts under its own privacy terms.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies in your browser and records ordinary things: which pages were looked at, roughly what part of the world the visit came from, what kind of device it was on, and which taps went to our phone number, our email address or the booking link.
It does not record anything you type into the enquiry form. Your name, your phone number, your email, your athlete’s age and whatever you write in the goal box are never sent to Google. Those go to Josh, by email, and nowhere else.
Google handles that information under its own terms. You can switch it off for every website you visit, not just this one, with Google’s own opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
We run no advertising trackers. The code is prepared for a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and for Google Ads, but neither is switched on and neither is loaded when you visit. We will update this page if that changes.
Photographs
Photographs on this site show real KPM athletes, taken at our facility and at events. If you or your athlete appear in a photograph and you would rather you did not, email us and we will take it down.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Josh@klemicperformancemethod.com and we will deal with it. You do not need a special form or a particular phrase — just ask.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
