Online Programs

Train anywhere

An athlete following KPM online programming

Take the method with you. Structured KPM programming delivered through our own app, so athletes away at school or out of state train the same four pillars on the same 12-week structure. Many start with an in-person gait analysis and continue remotely.

The honest version: remote athletes do best when we've seen them move in person at least once. A gait analysis before they leave gives us the baseline, and everything after that travels. Athletes who can get back for a re-test between semesters keep the loop closed — that's the difference between a program and a workout list.

How online speed training works here

Online speed training is the same twelve-week structure a facility athlete gets, written out session by session and delivered through the KPM app. Each week runs one quality per day — one acceleration day, one force day, one max-velocity day — because training all three at once is how athletes get tired instead of fast.

It is built for two people in particular: the athlete who left South Jersey for a college program and wants to keep training the way they trained here, and the athlete whose season or school run makes the 3:30, 4:45 and 6:00 slots impossible. Every test result lives in the app alongside the work, so progress is a line you can look at rather than a memory.

The honest limit: we program best for athletes we have watched move. A gait analysis before the block starts gives us the baseline everything else is written against — and if you can get to Somers Point once, that is the visit worth making.

The Number We Move

Athletic Currency

The space an athlete can cover or create — forward and sideways added together, multiplied by how high they get. The bigger it is, the more they make on offense and take away on defense.

The number travels. A gait analysis before you leave gives us the baseline, and the twelve weeks are written against it — so an athlete three states away is still training against their own figure rather than a template.

Every athlete tests in before they train. Which test depends only on whether they have been through a block with us before.
