Team Testing & Training
Whole squads

Bring the whole roster. Every athlete gets the same gait analysis an individual gets, your staff gets all of it back in one report, and the off-season block is built around what those numbers actually say — not a template pulled off a shelf.
One testing day gets a full roster measured on the same gates and mats we use for individuals. Your staff gets it back ranked, by athlete and by quality — which means you can see at a glance who is slow because they're slow and who is slow because they can't produce force. Those two kids need opposite off-seasons, and a stopwatch alone will never tell you which is which.
What a testing day looks like
Team speed training starts the same way every KPM athlete starts: measured. A full roster runs through the same seven tests an individual does — 10-yard, 20-yard, vertical, 4-jump, broad jump, lateral bound and RSI (reactive strength — how fast a landing turns into the next jump) — on the same electronic gates and jump mats, in one session. Your staff gets it back as one report, ranked by athlete and by quality, so you can see who is fast, who is powerful, and who is neither yet.
From there the block is built to what the roster actually needs rather than to a template. Off-season work goes after the qualities the testing says are missing. In-season work is deliberately low-volume — enough to hold the speed a team built, not enough to add wear to legs that are already playing games every week.
We work with schools and clubs across South Jersey, and we are the official performance coaches for a semi-pro soccer club. Teams can train at our Somers Point facility, on their own campus, or both — the After School program runs entirely on the school’s site.
What’s included
- Full-roster gait analysis in a single testing day
- One report your coaching staff can actually act on
- Off-season and in-season blocks built to the results
- Low-volume in-season work that maintains speed without adding wear
- Re-tested at the end, so the change is on paper
Athletic Currency
The space an athlete can cover or create — forward and sideways added together, multiplied by how high they get. The bigger it is, the more they make on offense and take away on defense.
Run across a roster, this is the number that tells a staff who is fast, who is powerful, and who is neither yet — on one page, ranked, from one testing day.

least one band
Every athlete on the roster gets their own figure and their own band. Typical first-cycle figures for healthy high-school athletes training the full twelve weeks, measured on our own gates and mats — the range we see, not a guarantee.
Pick the one that fits.
Every athlete tests in before they train. Which test depends only on whether they have been through a block with us before.
