Return to Play
Most athletes are cleared on how the leg feels. Here it is a number — measured the day they walk in, and measured again twelve weeks later.
Bring your clearance first. Return-to-play athletes need written clearance from their physician or physical therapist before they test in with us. We build on top of that clearance — we don’t replace it.
The same program. A different question.
Return-to-play athletes go through the same twelve-week block as everyone else. Nothing is watered down and nothing separate is invented. What changes is what the numbers are being asked to prove.
The Starting Point
The gait analysis measures where the athlete actually is biomechanically on the day they arrive — not where the injury report says they should be. That becomes the testing point everything after is measured against.
The Block
Twelve weeks, three days a week, eight athletes to a coach. The same four pillars, loaded through the same proprietary resistance, progressed the same way.
The Score Difference
We run the same seven tests again and show the difference between the two scores. That difference is the evidence — the athlete is physically better and performing at a higher level, and you can see by how much.
"It feels fine" is not a number.
The hardest part of coming back is not the rehab — it is knowing when it is over. An athlete who is still guarding will tell you they feel fine, because they do, right up until they have to cut at full speed in front of a crowd.
Two numbers.One answer.
The seven tests — 10-yard, 20-yard, vertical, 4-jump, broad jump, lateral bound and RSI — roll into a single Athletic Composite Score at the start and again at the end.
The gap between them is the whole point. It is a figure a parent understands, a coach can act on, and a physician can read.
Rehab and training, one room.
Physical Therapy On Site
Hands-on therapy in the building, run by our partners at Spectrum Fitness Rehab & Peak Performance off the same numbers as the training. No referral across town and no waiting list between the clinic and the floor.
Book Physical Therapy →Sent Here By Physicians
Local sports medicine physicians refer return-to-play athletes to us specifically, because the handoff back to sport is measured rather than assumed.
Some Athletes We Turn Away
Testing in is a real gate. If the testing says an athlete isn’t ready for the work, we say so — and we send them back to their physician or therapist rather than training them. That is the one result nobody wants and the reason the rest of the numbers mean anything.
Coming back from an injury is the one case where a feeling is the most expensive thing you can trust.

Book a gait analysis and we’ll show you exactly where your athlete is today — and what the next twelve weeks have to move.
